l was purchasing for something. l entered all the correct information. but when l clicked purchase it says invalid information. l even double checked but still not valid. Does anyone know why???

Is your credit card active? You will need to call the number on the back of the card to check the status of your card. Also, did you enter the correct billing address. Some people have a separate billing address from the address that the item is delivered to.
