I am so confused... Is there 3 credit scores for the 3 bureaus and then on top of those 3 scores there is FICO? Or is FICO Equifax is credit score. Or is there 3 FICO scores for all 3 bureaus??

Each bureau just has its own method or formula for computing your credit score.

FICO is used by Experian. Equifax uses a Beacon score. Empirica, also known as a Precision score is used by Transunion.

They r also the most reliable, & the most accurate. FICO stands for Fair Issac Company

FICO looks at all three of ur credit reports, then gives u a grade on each one. There r three credit bureaus. Transunion, Experian, & Equifax. That is why there r three scores!
The scores r a measure of how risky u r to lenders. The scores range from 300-850.
To buy a house, most lenders will require a score of 700 or higher. This is not always the case, but it is in general.

Maybe ur FICO Equifax is 720 while Transunion is 702 & Experian is 758.
The scores might all be different numbers! Lenders usually take the middle number, 720 in this case, & decide ur interest rate & loan amount from that score.

Please do not waste ur money on FAKE-O scores. These scores r any that r not genuine FICO, & do not count for anything at all in the eyes of lenders.

There r three scores, but u do not have to purchase all three. You can choose one or two if u wish, but would not u like to know all three scores?
My recommendation is if u do not have a big credit history, then just get Equifax. If u get the Equifax only, u can always go back & purchase the other two!
