my Aunt passed away last August 07. She named an attorney as the trustee of her irrevocable trust fund. US life sent the attorney the check in March (we were all notified) we immediately signed the necessary documents to receive our portion. It is now Sept and we did not receive a dime. Can anyone advise me as to what they think the problem is ??

l would be making a trip to the the illustrious attorney.
Might he be a thief?
