No. Anytime you make anything but a purchase (or a balance transfer from another account), it will be considered a cash advance (just to avoid people trying to avoid the high interest charges).

That would be the same thing, a cash advance, and it is not possible electronically as far as l know, just with a convenience check. The interest would still be the same as a regular cash advance at an ATM.

Of course you know there are several different interst percentages depending on the card you have(from which bank?) The interest rate is significantly higher 3-5% than your regular rate when you charge out $ from a credit card. Like paying by one of the cc checks they gave you. Your best bet is a loan, either from a bank or a relative.

Yes, you can. You can do a balance transfer if they offer this service. Usually balance transfers are used to pay off another credit card, but the last couple l have done have been directly into my checking account. So call the customer service number on the back of your card and ask them if they have any balance transfer offers, and if they will do it directly into your bank account. A lot of them will do this now.
