has anyone heard of or have this card? l got a letter in the mail through them saying l was pre-approved but l dont know how legite it is. the web site at says to go to is secured by ''thawte''. l really need a credit card and l have been denied by everyone! even though my credit is good l dont have a bank account for long enough :(. can anyone tell me anything about this TOTAL VISA card?

If that is the one you're talking about, stay FAR away from it! I've never heard such terrible conditions & outrageous charges in my life.

yes, l have one. but l wish l did not because l get all this fee every month. It best to get secured credit. At bank or credit union this way you be make interest on the money they put a way.
