l attached a visa prepaid card to my paypal and have $0.69 left on it. it is from gift2go.net. l wish l could reload the funds from paypal to it. l have like $34, anything l could buy or l should just keep the cash

edit - l dont have a bank account and l know my parents wont drive me there to get one. and you need a ss number and stuff and they probably dont wanna give me that info.
with the prepaid visa l raised my sending limits and confirmed my address, but to get that debit card u need a bank account too =/
what about the other paypal plus card? forget that though
