l live in a mobile home park. We are looking to move next year and the mobile home is under our father in laws name. They wont accept checks from my name. l have been paying with a money order for a long time now (4 yrs). l have no proof that l have been paying them to show as a credit. If l start saving the M/O along with statements will that be good enough? Or would it be better if my father in law wrote a receipt book for the past 4 years that l pay the space rent. My mom says they do not take those receipts anymore or validate them. What should l do to show that l pay each month.

If you get a monthly statement and it does not show a past due amount, that should be proof. You can also go to the money order company and get a copy of the money order showing they cashed it. (There will be a fee for this.)
