l have no idea what this is!l have not bought anything online at all, and wanna know how to check this out!Maybe someone has used my card without my knowing it,but the thing is,l have no way to check it out with the bill just saying ''free shipping'' and then the price!

l just wanna know what this free shipping thing is, it is dated august 3, but l have not even one e-mail on that day, let alone a reciept for a purchase!
l called the credit company and they say they have no way of knowing what it is , and it will take a few months to check where the money goes to! Rediculous! l am supposed to pay this in 2 days but dont wanna pay if l dont know what it is!Is this normal???? l bet its not! Do l have to pay? and then get a refund later if they find out 2 months later that it was a mistake?Thats alot of money to just pay out without knowing what the heck it is~~

Call the credit card folks right away.

Telephone your credit card provider right away. Ask them what this charge is all about. Tell them that you have not authorised it. They will investigate and should reverse the charge.

DON'T pay it! Call your company back and tell them you want to file a dispute. They will send you papers in which you will fill in the to the questions asked of you. You must must must mail this form back immediatly or it will be void. Make sure you make a copy of these papers you sent back to your credit card company. You do not have to pay it, let THEM do the investigation. Thats their job. Good luck.
